Honeycutt Air Conditioning

Honeycutt installed 2 new Trane units when we purchased our house in 2019. One of them must have been built on a Friday/Monday because it has broken several times. Each time, Honeycutt has repaired the unit (only parts are covered after the inital warranty period). I have been very happy with their service. The past few years I had meant to set up a service contract but something always seemed to come up in life to distract me. I finally got on a service contract with them this year. They came out in the spring and inspected the units. Life was good. Now the heartbreaking part. I was out of town and my wife called them because the historically trouble-free unit stopped working. Matt the tech was on time, friendly, & answered all my questions. When I called in to setup the appointment the office staff was friendly and went the extra length to setup an appointment that was as soon as possible and met my schedule. Recommend highly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Terrific meeting with Spencer to discuss all aspects of putting central air and heat in my 61 yr. old house that had 3 heat pumps, 2 of which were not working. He was not pushy, quite the opposite. He offered several brands, and price points, explaining the differences. When we met, he was already scheduled for about 6-8 weeks out. That was acceptable. I will honestly say, that though I had phone conversations with 2 or 3 companies, I chose to meet with only Honeycutt. I have a good sense about people, which I have grown to trust.
