Great service! My dryer was showing signs of going out to the point of us having to run it multiple times just to dry a regular load of clothes. Hook & Ladder came out and within an hour, had my dryer vent cleaned out and now my dryer is working like brand new again! Because of their service, it was discovered that there was actually a birds nest in my vent preventing the dryer from operating properly (no birds we in it or harmed during this service) Hook and Ladder were professional, and thoroughly provided a service worth paying for! I'll recommend them to anyone.
