Hook Landscape lawn care service

we knew about hook landscape from a recommendation through our landlord, who happens to be my sister's sister in law. when we hired him to do our lawn care in nampa, Steve was amazing. we are very pleased with his service. we then move to kuna, i asked if he also covers kuna, and he said yes, and that he covers all over treasure Valley. closer to the move husband told steve that we wouldn't be needing his services at nampa anymore since we are moving. he was very professional about it. When we moved to our house in Kuna, I contacted him if he could come to do some yard work for us, he texted us he will text us the time when he is able to. 3 weeks later we have not heard from him. then come to find out that he was also supposed to do yard work for my sister's house in meridian and he also n

Stephen provided service at a good rate, but wouldn’t give me a specific day of the week he was able to mow and allowed his ride on mower to wear holes in my grass. He did EVENTUALLY notice the holes/patches of dirt and switched to manual mowing but not until the damage was long since done. He would fail to show up during the week and when I asked if he was still coming he would always say, “ oh, yeah. I took a couple days off and was on my way to you tomorrow.” This happened 3 times in as many months. Then out of nowhere, with no explanation says he is going to have to stop servicing our home. I have used Steve Hooks' lawn service for several years now. He does a great job. He is very professional and is always willing to do extra jobs. I definitely recommend Steve for all your lawn needs.

I usually handle my yard myself, but every once in a while I put it off until it's pretty daunting. That's when I call Steve. He's courteous, does a nice job, and prices are reasonable. I'm glad I found him.

In this age if bots and phoney reviews, I can only say that I was 'Lucky'..to be referred to this LOCAL small businessman. Being able to support a 100% local business was important to me. Steve takes care of my mother's lawn. He understands the concept of customer service and communication. I will and do recommend Hook Landscape.
