Hoosier Drain Guys

I called these guys out Thurs because I had extremely low water pressure. When i stepped outside my main water line had busted. Its the line the feeds from the water meter to my home. Got the water shut off, they came out within 2hrs. The checked the crawlspace, the other water lines. They then explained the options we had to fix it and let me know how quickly they could be back. They explained if we bore the hole we dont have to dig up the yard. Or we could dig up the yard but we would have to tear out the porch. We did the boring option, the whole repair was 6hrs or less. Extremely thankful for Daves entire crew. From the guys thay came out Thurs for the estimate, Dave himself and all the guys that came out Friday. Hoosier Drain Guys are our "Go To" for any plumbing issues. They listen to you about what's going on & don't just try to up-sell you. They are a Straight forward, knowledgeable, respectful, family owned company & can set you up on payment plans if need be, to cover the project. They have fixed our plumbing, cleaned drains etc... replaced our grinder pit motor & installed a whole new well system. I can’t say enough about this amazing company! Dave is the owner and he is so kind and knowledgeable. He helped my daughter with her horrible plumbing problems. They excavated and installed a clean out outside to clean the sewer pipes, replaced their water heater, installed water softener and iron filter. They had such a cool machine to shoot water and jet my sewer pipes which got rid of the roots. Now their house drains better than ever! I will forever call Hoosier plumbing and drain guys 😁. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks again!

Alec was so knowledgeable and fast! He identified my problem when 2 other company's couldn't! He gave me 3 solutions and since he was kind, professional and affordable I had him fix or install everything I have been wanting since we moved into our home. I can't say enough good things about Alec and Hoosier drain guys. Please don't call the expensive big company's that don't care about customers.

First let me say they did an amazing job. They made several trips across several days to get job done. Will use again if need be and would highly recommend. They even dealt with me and my anxiety throughout this job really well....lol. Please don't be scared of cost. They did a lot of work which didn't include travel time to and from. Thanks!!!!
