We had a 40-year-old, off-brand shower valve that was starting to leak. The pipes could not be accessed from behind the wall because the valve is on an exterior wall, which is concrete block. So they had to go through the shower tile to replace the valve. Derek and Chris did a masterful job of replacing the valve and using a remodel plate so that we didn't have to get the shower retiled. They did an excellent job of confining the dust to the construction area, coordinating with the building manager, not triggering the fire alarm, and cleaning up afterwards. I'm very happy with their work.

Hoosier helped us in a situation and we were thankful for the prompt response and professional work that was done! Highly recommended and we will be using them in the future. Also your not calling an answering service, your speaking to a representative from Hoosier 24/7 when you call which is important and very efficient!
