Hoover’s has taken fantastic care of us when we’ve needed them a couple times in the last few years. Quick response time, knowledgeable technicians, really reasonable prices, and great customer service.

I Just now talk with Hoover, and I ask them why did a Technicians come out to my house and practically do nothing except to tell me I need a new boiler? I ask him to clean the injector nozzle because you can see carbon biuld up on tip, he said he could not do that because than I would need a new one. He did nothing to clean carbon biuld up on the igniter for easy electrical current so I preceded to take it apart clean out side and inside the injection nozzle, clean igniter and igniter springs, and she started right on up, I have heat now. Now to be fair I may need to replace the boiler, she is not leaking but she over 15years old.In closing this could be just a lazy tech who felt he had better things to do than at lease making sure even temporary a customer had heat for the winter.3 stars

I have used Hoovers several times in the past couple of yrs and each time they were excellent . They explained every detail to me and fixed the problem or maintenance what was needed . Very reasonable prices as well . I will continue to use Hoovers for all my plumbing heating needs .

Mike and his crew installed a new GeoThermal heating / cooling system for me this past summer. They did an excellent job and we love the system. Highly recommend them. It's also family owned and locally operated business!
