Hopco Clearwater Systems

We bought a home that has an on-going service agreement with Hopco Clearwater. I contacted them, never having had a septic system before, to ask questions about the process and inquire if their records indicated any problems a homeowner may want to know about. Hopco agreed to come out and inspect the system to be sure everything was working properly and told me the service agreement was already paid until October, so there would be no charge. After moving into the home, I felt placement of the aerator heads would interfere with our plans for the back yard. Chad came out to look it over. We discussed our plans and together came up with a solution to relocate the heads at a reasonable price. Waiting now for the permit to be approved so the work can start. Very unprofessional and rude. Makes their customers feel like a burden. I would highly suggestion finding another company!! Im not that guy that usually leaves reviews but this is just ridiculous!

Was going great until they canceled my contract because we are in Collin County and they decided to no longer service our area. Quit with remaining inspections left. No refund offered or given.

The lady the answer the phone very nice. However the person she said would call me didn't do. Will do the work myself.

Very dissatisfied unable to get them to help in an emergency situation had money in hand and still no help so went to someone else and same day service
