I had a contractor lined up for this job, but learned at the last minute he isn't licensed in Massachusetts. I asked Larry for advice, and he said he would do it for $3,000 more, but would "do it right". I just learned he forged the building permit he showed me, and never pulled plumbing or wiring permits. None of the work was done to code, and much had to be redone. This guy is a straight up crook. Now I have to hire an attorney because he has made no offer for restitution....
