Our previous fuel oil supplier of over 30 years transferred customers to Hopkins. I just got the letter and when I checked the auto delivery schedule for the old provider I saw we had not gotten a delivery in three months! I contacted Jordan immediately upon receiving the letter and she was very polite and professional. She scheduled us for delivery the next day and the driver was here by lunchtime. Jordan also put us on auto delivery and we are very appreciative of the fast service.
Always reliable and are very market competitive. Also, pleasant customer relations.
