Replaced an old drum trap to our bathtub drain, they were quick, professional, and at a reasonable rate. Will definitely use them again.

I've been getting the run around by several air conditioning companies regarding hooking up my central air conditioning. No call backs...nothing. I called Hopkins today and 2 hours later, they were here to check it out. After looking at what needed done, they hooked it up right then. Took 45 minutes. I have a disabled daughter who doesnt do well with the heat so it was a very big deal what John Hopkins did for us today. I am very appreciative and will be calling them for all our needs in the future. 2-25-25: Update to my previous review... When my A/C stopped working a year later, I called Hopkins (because they're the ones that hooked it up). They said they would try to come out the same day. They never came. I called, left messages, no return call. I finally called another local

He was rude and not helpful at all. His attitude towards me was snark and abrasive. He will never set foot on my property again. All he did was bash the heating system I had installed and said whoever did this was an idiot and the fact that I paid for it was stupid. Literally what he said... Also, if you own a business that deals with going into peoples homes, you may want to NOT show up smelling of booze and being a jerk. Not a good impression to give.

He was there as soon as he said. Fixed the problem and said he’d be back later to fix a potential future problem. He did come back very shortly and fixed that problem too. Recommend highly!
