Great experience! I had Other a/c companies I paid to come out who didn’t even give me a diagnostic in their words “they didn’t like where my furnace/unit was located”. And went straight into trying to sale me a whole new system I didn’t even need. I had others come out quoting ridiculously high prices on a new unit that I again didn’t need. Lance came straight out the next morning after contacting him late the day before. He diagnosed my ac problem in no time , ordered my part stayed in constant contact until the part was here and came straight out as soon as the part arrived had me back up in running in no time! Our A/C unit died during the summer and Lance came out quickly, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled us in right away. The crew came out and did an excellent job with the installation. The entire experience was excellent and the team was was very professional. Lance followed up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory which it was. After having bad experiences with other companies I would highly recommend Horace Carroll Heating & Air as they were very upfront and honest with their recommendations and the service was top notch.

Lance is great! He gets back to you quickly and is very knowledgeable about your a/c unit. Prices are very reasonable also! I will be giving him a call in the future for any a/c issues I have!

This was the best experience. Our A/C went out at night and within an hour the problem was fixed, and our air conditioner was back in working order. To say we are pleased is putting it lightly.
