I have been coming here for the past 6 years and have yet to be disappointed with the quality of any of my purchases! They are also the best place for Southern Belle Tall Fescue grass seeds too! I recently purchased a bag of the Southern Belle Hybrid to renovate my lawn this fall and it has come up nicely. I receive multiple compliments on my lawn and the quality of the grass seed. I also purchased a Pentair well pump from them for my irrigation system. Not only are their prices good but they also beat most competitors and even internet searches. I dropped off my echo srm 265u for warranty repair. It didn’t went well. They denied it because of what they said, it’s an operator’s error and fuel related. VERY TRICKY. Brian from Horizon Distributors quoted me for $275.00 which is so expensive. It’s better to buy a new echo srm 225u for $289.00. I felt ripped off by the dealership and echo for unfair customer service and support. I don’t recommend them! You won’t be given any chance to dispute it. The thing was not opened in my sight though it was reported to echo that I was present during the inspectionI. I refused the repair but they asked for $45.00 inspection fee. Terrible customer service and unreliable echo grass trimmer with a faulty fuel intake. I used it about 10 times since I had it on 2022.

needed a small amount of grass seed, and new they had southern belle which I have been wanting to try for a couple of cleaned up spots around my lawn. I was so impressed with the rate of germination and appearance of the grass I went back and wanted some info on fertilizers and fungicides. they directed me to Steve, who looked pretty busy at the time, but took the time to answer all my questions and offered advise. Feels good to know you can get expert advice when you need it.
