EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I was able to get a light warranty replacement with having the original PO that was purchased there with no hassles. I feel like they went above and beyond to find the correct model and get a replacement super quick! I can't remember the lady who helped me but she was very knowledgeable and proactive! Also I did not know they had such great inventory for landscape/hardscape supplies, looking forward to being able to buy nice material locally! Highly recommend!!
I had decided to fix my sprinkler system and went here to get all the supplies and materials to do so. This was my first time doing it myself so I ended up having to go back 3 times because of user error (cutting PVC too short etc). The 3rd time I went back in for this project they didn't make me feel dumb or anything and had a good laugh. My sprinkler line is fixed and working great. Highly recommend Horizon distributors! A+
