When it comes to irrigation parts, this store has everything you could possibly want. Better still, they are super friendly and helpful. Parker was awesome and walked me through several steps to troubleshoot my solenoid and valve issue, and I was able to repair myself. You are not going to get that kind of help at Home Depot!

Parker the manager is Horrible. Probably the worse I have ever seen in my life. He’s jealous and has no knowledge of landscaping. Beware

In reading a couple reviews claiming poor customer service, I'm absolutely surprised (even skeptical). I've been a customer there for probably 10+ years, and have never had anything close to a negative customer service experience. I rarely spend a great deal of money at Horizon (wish I could), and yet the staff have always been super friendly and helpful!

UPDATE...There was a mix up with the name of the supplier and I'm now giving the vendor I purchased. from in Colorado a **** 4 star review of their product! Honestly enough, I'm giving a 1 star review because (after 10 days of waiting for delivery, 2 emails and several phone calls to a number that says "the mailbox is full and cannot receive any more calls, goodbye" AND, no tracking number) I am disappointed with the lack of response from Ranch Wholesale / Horizon, Inc.
