Calculated our sod incorrectly and have entire pallet of overage. Catalina at front desk says she didn't do the order, Ed did. Ed is not there and told they don't make mistakes. They won't return it, or offer any credit. When asked what the solution is, they said they don't have one. Won't be back for my lighting - will go elsewhere. Horrible customer service!!! Anyone want sod?!

The product selection, price and customer service can't be beat by anyone. The staff aren't just familiar with what products they stock and where it is located in the store. They also know how to use and install what they sell and can easily explain and answer all questions! It's my first stop for irrigation needs.

What a great place to shop. They have just about everything you'd need for your irrigation system. From fittings,heads,rotors or pop ups. They have all the tools you'd need to! They also carry low voltage lighting and all the accessories. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs the second I walked in the door. I will definitely be shopping here again!

After spending thousands of dollars on our irrigation system at this store, I discovered I had accidentally purchased the wrong size drip line. (It was mixed in on their shelf with the size I needed.) I simply wanted to exchange the .6GPH for the .9GPH - same length, same product, same price. However, I had removed the plastic ties on the original bundle before realizing it was the wrong material. However, this store would NOT accept the exchange, because the drip line was "not in original condition." I had not used, nor uncoiled it, but simply cut the straps holding the bundle together. For this, they have lost my business FOREVER! There are much better options than this short-sighted establishment.
