We spent $20,000 to purchase and install Impressions Denali Flooring, sold by Horizon, in the fall of 2021. By Feb 2022 we noticed splintering catching socks as we walked across. Lori Garner with Horizon Impressions and Steve Garner with Horizon were brought in by Horizon to work with customers on warranty related issues. The Horizon recommended repair person came in to provide an estimate for repair work. That came in at $6,000. Steve and Lori made the decision to credit us $1,000 towards a $6,000 repair. We asked area supervisors, David Williams, to review the situation and help us find a way to get the flooring repairs. His response was to find someone who can do it for $1,000. Never been so pleased in all my born days. Caleb was amazing and went above and beyond the call assisting me. As a disabled shopper it isn’t often you find someone who not only listens but actually takes the time to “hear” you and understand all the project components and requirements. Helped me find a way to use what I had only making it even better. So thankful and will always recommend this place in the future! Also, Travis was awesome too and even gave me a bottled water while I waited. You guys made my day and I can’t wait to add pictures of the final project. 🙌

They were so easy to deal with and friendly! We were in a bit of a panic when we called them and when I drove up from 2 hours away, at closing time, they acted like it was the middle of the day. Will definitely do business with them again.

Great selection of solid and sheet, with sundries. Customer service is good. However they charge too much for their sheet goods, on average a 20% more than Hood. Fact is, I saved so much by switching to Hood I was able to purchase a track saw. I need to thank Patrick for making me shop price. I do buy paint from them still, the guys in the paint department are quite competent. However I will cease to do business if learn I am being over charged for paint. For context I have been in cabinetry and furniture for 25 years and ran my shop for 17 years in Charlotte before moving here in 2015.

I’ve been coming here for 13+ years. I quit going a few years ago because they mark things up like 300% if you don’t pay attention. I started going back a few months ago and so far everything has been great. I called today to get a couple sheets of 3/8” bending plywood and Angela tried to charge me $137 each. The going rate is $30 per sheet. Do your research before you pay for an item. If you guys were trying to get rid of me, it worked.
