From the Horizon office staff, Chris Gould in sales, Zack and Kevin in installation, Horizon was exceptional in all respects. We upgraded a 15 year old builder’s line from Trane to their high efficiency variable speed heating and cooling system. Chris was straightforward and provided several options. Pricing was very competitive. The installation was done right and to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend Horizon for your HVAC needs.

I just recently became a customer with a maintenance plan after using another large firm for 3 years. The other firm charged for any work they did above inspecting. Horizon plan is a little more expensive but includes all of those extra charges. My technician, Jeff M, arrived timely, was very courteous and friendly, and explained all of the different things he was doing. I’m very happy to have switched to horizon!

Review for Ridgeline Heating and Cooling Excellent Another great experience with Ridgeline. This time a replacement system as the house is 50 years old. Andrew, the owner, carefully and without pressure, explained our options. We chose a new variable speed system with smart controls and the install was scheduled for a few days later. The crew showed up promptly and were efficient, clean, polite and respectful - as has always been our experience with these folks. They discussed installation options and we chose to mount the unit on the side of the house as the slope below is very steep and tends to erode. Robert Dean is always so helpful about diagnosis and fixing the various problems we have at separate homes in Mountain Falls. Running a small business caretaking homes it's great to have someone as knowledgeable and efficient as Robert,and trustworthy. He does a great job explaining the issue so the homeowner understands what they need and why. Please tell Robert Dean thank you for all the many times he has helped us. These folks are total pros and also very nice to deal with, which is a big change from my previous grumpy, unreliable vendor. Been with them a year and both preventative maintenance calls and ad hoc calls are smooth and quick. I trust them to go in when I am not there ( 2nd home) and they are honest in their work. Highly recommend. Robert is an awesome tech and the office team great to deal with.
