They have always been incredibly responsive (even after hours when we’ve had equipment issues), always on time, and leave our pool sparkling clean every single visit. I also really appreciate that the fee is set, instead of fluctuating based on what chemicals might be needed. It’s straightforward, reliable, and stress-free. Hands down horizon pools is the best. I've been with them for 3 months now and my pool looks great. Nic the owner is very knowledge and friendly. We spoke about upgrading my single speed pump to variable speed. Pricing is fair and quality is their. Highly recommend it.
