The team at Horizon Rug Care did an incredible job the rugs came back looking gorgeous and refreshed, almost like new. They were professional, responsive, and clearly know how to handle delicate oriental rugs properly. The pet odors and stains are completely gone, and the colors actually look brighter after the cleaning. If you have oriental rugs or pet stains, I definitely recommend them. Joseph came and was very polite, so I trusted him and let him take two rugs, both of which are very valuable to me, to clean via their pickup service. They brought them back after five days with no stains and they looked AMAZING!
