Technician Aric came out when they said they would. Polite and friendly. They explained what the issue was with the hot water heater and gave me options on a replacement tank and the cost for each option. He didn't try to up sell me. Happy with the work. Nice to have hot water again. I recommend Horizon for plumbing, heating and AC work.

Excellent Sales Consultant! Great presentation and personalized to my needs and budget. No tariffs! Yay. The Daikin is manufactured in the US. Pricey, but good reviews and good tech reviews. They arrived promptly and were extremely professional. They took no downtime, worked independently, but communicated with each other. Very respectful of my home I had 2 units put in. They educated me throughout the process in words and examples that I could understand. The inserviced me on the 2 thermostats in English (not tech talk) All of the workers were exceptional. We have had this plumbing issue for a while. I haven't been able to get anyone to come and do an estimate. I called Horizon yesterday and Tom came out today. He was very pleasant. I know nothing about plumbing. This issue was extreme. We had no money. So filled out the finance company. We got approved. So now he is going to come out tomorrow or Saturday. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Plus very patient with me.

Chris Conway was timely. He provided a thorough investigation of gas furnace, and Identified problem. Professional & knowledgeable of proper operation of system. Actively pursued, if part was under mfr warranty along with replacement part availability. I recommend horizon services and Chris for hvac mechanical system services and repairs.
