Very satisfied with the service on my Generac generator this weekend. Great customer service on the telephone and in person. Professional and friendly. Ken was persistent and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved even though part of the issue was HVAC related and not necessarily Generac/Generator related. I will be using Horne Brothers for my regular generator maintenance from now on and I recommend others do the same. Thank you for the great service.

Installed a Generac generator at my home that had gas line troubles from the day of install with many calls & emails with sometimes good responsiveness and other times no response. Made a few attempts coming to my home to repair but never got it working right at 8 months post-install. Finally took it upon myself to hire another gas contractor to come out and evaluate -- they got it working perfectly 2 days later stating that the low-pressure gas line Horne Brothers installed was too short thus causing too much back-pressure in the generator and causing the fault. Tim at Horne Brothers said that was wrong, but it is funny the generator has worked perfectly since for well over a year!
