I hired Chase because his quote was fair and his reviews were good. I had quotes from $100 to $250. The $100 guy never showed up so I went with Chase next. He was very responsive to messages, communicated well when he had an issue and showed up when he said he would. The job was completed quickly and meet all my expectations.
