I needed a new gasket on my dishwasher, and Ken not only provided a prompt reply to my inquiry for service, but he was out the next day to fix my leaking dishwasher. He is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and not only fixed what was wrong but also checked to make sure the filter on my dishwasher was clean and in good working condition. In addition, he made sure I knew how to check it in the future to ensure the dishwasher continues to operate efficiently and optimally. My 20 year old refrigerator stopped cooling and Ken came out the same day, did a fantastic job and no mess! Very fair prices! He really saved the day as other places offered appointments 5 days later. He also explained the repairs. Highly recommend Horner’s repair!

I just want to say that Ken was awesome! I had a broken ice bucket system for a Whirlpool refrigerator I texted him pictures of the part and of the make and model. He texted back within 15 minutes to say he didn't fix those but he gave me the part number I needed and how to replace it. I was able to order the part on Amazon for half what I would have paid in town. He's a superstar ✨️ He helped me out and didn't charge me a dime! I'll be bringing all my future business to him.🤩
