DO NOT PARK HERE!!! The garage is dark and they purposely leave the arm raised to trick you into parking here thinking that it’s free, but it’s not. They later put a boot on your car and make you pay $130 for it.

This is a complete scam. A small sign not even facing the entrance telling you to pay by QR code. I was under the impression I paid upon departure like 99% of parking garages. Booted my car and had to pay $130.

Only parking option was $13 for 8 hours. Also saw many cars with boots placed and the elevator entrance is locked so you have to use the stairs or car ramp.

Do not use SpotHero if parking here! These stars as for the attendant who removed the boots (and was very understanding about it) from several cars - including ours - with no fuss and no cost after we showed him our SpotHero receipts.

Insane racketeering garage that claims to offer a “15 minute grace period” after your parking expires but is a total lie. We paid for parking and they booted our car TWO MINUTES after our time expired. When we tried to talk with the attendant about the grace period, he got huffy and said he would have our car towed instead for $450. We then offered to pay the $130 he originally asked for, but he refused to accept payment. About 8 cars in the lot had also been booted, and we saw him get aggressive and threatening with another couple. It wasn’t until we called the police and had two officers dispatched that he finally let us pay the $130 just to take off the boot and let us leave. Totally insane, this company needs to be stopped. I’ll be filing a report with the city of Austin.
