Hostetter Heating & Cooling

Called Mr Hostetter this past Saturday eve at 6:00 my furnace was not running. Due to family emergency I hadn't been home for a week. Outside temp was 11 and my indoor temperature was 35. Even though he had family plans that evening, he came out within an hour and fixed my 30 year old furnace. I can't say enough about how efficient this man is and his work ethic is fantastic. I highly recommend his company. Thank you so much.

Our AC went out overnight and I called Mr. Hostetter in the morning. He came out right away and replaced the capacitor, it was fixed by 9:30am the same day. We were very happy for such a fast repair and very reasonable repair. Thank you!

Ed is one of kind. His response time is unmatched. My mom's furnace was down, Ed was there within 30 minutes of talking to him and he had the furnace going even quicker than his response time. I am very happy with his service. Now if we could get other business's to provide Ed's unmatched response time, knowledge, honesty and his professionalism we would not have to worry about much. All around great service! Our carbon monoxide detector was reading 35 ppm (not high enough levels to trigger the alarms, but we were still concerned about it) so we gave them a call. We left a message, and Ed got back to us within 20 minutes. He took it very seriously and came out quickly to figure out the problem. We ended up needing a new furnace, and they got it installed for us the next day. Extremely happy with the quick response time and service! Highly recommend them!
