We called Hotshot when our existing irrigation system was Non-functional. Jesse was our assigned tech and we were very happy with his customer service skills, professionalism, and his trade knowledge. There was some confusion regarding our second appointment scheduling, and to be honest, the front office staff would benefit greatly from some review and refinement on phone etiquette, but Jesse's approach more than made up for it. We will be using Hotshots for our eventual system replacement, and we very highly recommend them. Thank you!
