⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience with Kris at the Hot Tub Center in Ogden, Utah. Kris is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We’ve known Kris for a very long time—we actually met him years ago when we were kids at the old Classic Skating rink—and it’s been great to see the success he’s built since then. He now also owns Neptune Skating, which speaks volumes about his dedication and work ethic. Kris helped us find the perfect hot tub: a refurbished but awesome Master Spas Twilight Series. Even though it was refurbished, it looked and felt like a high-end spa at a great price. Along the way, we had a couple of hiccups—the motor stopped working and later there was an issue with the circuit board—but Kris and his staff handled everything quick

Helped me out with price, had a huge selection, great service, and quick response! Kris is the man. Other hot tub stores were weeks or even months out, and he had one delivered to me the next day at an even better price.

We have loved working with this company. At first a little worried with the spa being rebuilt. Worried about what will break after we get it. And guess what it did indeed break required a whole new circuit board and a heater. But they took care of me and the items were replaced. We even sent friends there and will be recommended to others in the future. We are so happy with our purchase and have been using it almost every day (except when it stopped heating and was 50 when I jumped in)

We bought our hot tub from Kris 5 years ago. We buy all of our hot tub supplies from him and he always gives us a great deal. We have had to buy a few hot tube covers from him over the years due to our dog eating them. He is up front on what things cost and gives us the best price for what we need. We will definitely buy our next spa from Kris, maybe a swim spa. Best most friendly service in all of Utah for your spa needs.
