This team installed a new water heater and lined the flue for proper ventilation in my historic 1895 Denver townhome, and they were excellent! Huston came out to look at the place and provide a quote. He was prompt (I was not!) and very patient, professional, and helpful. He’s a great guy who clearly knows his stuff, and it showed in his thorough assessment and straightforward quote. The quote was very fair, thanks to the owner, Elias. Wayne did an amazing job replacing my old tank. It was an exceedingly difficult install in a hard to access location but that did not prevent him and the team from doing a super clean install of the best possible fit for my needs. These guys are great. Very professional, on time, quick and their prices are reasonable (I had gotten 2 quotes and they were about the same - plus the last quote was from another company a year ago before the tariffs). So far I am very happy with my new tankless water heater and would definitely recommend them!

Hot Water Now was great. I had a somewhat urgent situation and Wayne arrived within 30 minutes and provided me with a free estimate. He then was able to return the next day and efficiently completed all of the work. He was very personable and professional. The work was done well and I did not feel pressured by any sort of sales pitch. He made sure I was pleased with his work, and the price quoted was the price paid.
