HOTCO is wonderful! I contacted them last month about replacing my current hot water heater with a tankless one. They responded quickly and answered all my questions, giving me good recommendations and making me feel super comfortable as a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about water heaters. They gave me a great price and got me on their schedule quickly after I approved the quote. On the day of the install they were supposed to arrive between 10-10:30 and they arrived right at 10 (so nice to not be sitting around all day wondering when a tech will arrive, like most work done on the house). They responded very fast to my online inquiry, and came out to replace my water heater just 2 hours later. The price was fair (same as others I have worked with) and the technician Azby was awesome. He was friendly, knew a ton, and handled the job by himself with no problem. (That surprised me since my last replacement took 3 guys and they stll managed to dent my new water heater while trying to place it on the platform). I liked that he used a crimping tool for the pipe connections rather than solder, it looks cleaner and cuts down the install time, and considered more reliable when done properly. I needed to have my water heater replaced in order to keep my home owners insurance. The HOTCO team was incredibly responsive, professional, and timely. I wanted to future proof my install to avoid future problems, so I upgraded to a slightly larger water heater and powered/monitored anode. The price was reasonable, but the service was amazing. All in all, it was a great value for my piece of mind.
