Hotel Indigo

Initially, I had some reservations regarding the online booking and the location as observed through the street view. However, upon entering the premises, the staff and the aesthetic appeal were impressive, and the team provided exceptional assistance. On-site parking was convenient, and the view of Manhattan was remarkable. The proximity to LaGuardia Airport makes it a popular choice for airline personnel. We appreciate the team's efforts.

We have been waiting for 45 minutes for our car. Additionally, we were charged for 4 hours of parking, even though we were back in under two but did not get to the desk in time because the pickup line was so long. Then the manager told us he didn’t have change for us because we paid cash. Ridiculous. We would have been better parking at a hydrant.

Convenient. Used spot hero which was cheap. But for an extra $10 through the hotel it would have been unlimited in and out which would have been better. Valet was fairly quick in picking up car. No damage to car.

great room, clean hotel, next to PLENTY of dining options and a 6min walk to the subway. They offer valet with in and out, and a luggage hold. Thanusha and Sun were friendly and helpful!

Convenient location to Citi Field and the US Open. About 10 minute walk to Flushing Main St 7 train station. Convenient parking attached to the hotel 30$/day. Be sure to call 30 minutes prior to needing your vehicle so you don’t have to wait for them to get it from the garage. The concierge was very friendly and attentive. Check in was simple. I really liked that check out is at 12pm. We were on 5th floor. Rooms are new and clean, bed was comfortable and clean. Our floor had a slight slope to it in the room which was odd but nothing other than a little bothersome. Also as others have stated the AC unit is loud! Bring earplugs or you’ll be waking up multiple times throughout the night! Elevators are quite slow for a building that has only 11 floors. Be prepared to wait!
