I went to this business first time gor estimate for insurance I had to get 3 estimates insurance company chose another company, this time I was paying cash this unprofessional Scott Crenshaw whom my husband told me to take to him he was raised around each other . Scott tells me after he says he looked at this car before take it back to whom I got to fix it the first time and turned his back to walk away I stated I can take it to whomever I like lucky for this piece of crap I was having a good day😃😃😃

Terrible service. Terrible management, rude customer service, will hang up on you when you call and inquire about your vehicle. Will add cost above the agreed upon price. Will leave your vehicle in the rain with no doors/windows down and uncovered. Will lie about stuff when you have pictures to validate and prove otherwise. Will hide and not open doors to the shop when you need to talk to them and have questions about service and they are in plain sight. Do not waste your time going there. I would give them negative stars if they had them.

If you want someone with experience and knowledge of all body work, Hot Rod Shop is definitely the place to take your vehicle.. I took my 2022 BMW X.3 there and they did an excellent job very quickly. Tina, the office manager is such a pleasure and so is the owner, Scott. I will not take my car anywhere else bc I want the best! Thank you to everyone at Hotrod Shop for doing such a great job on my SUV!

Scott and his team did an excellent job on my wife's car. They not only fixed the ding, but cleaned up the car inside and out! It looked brand new when we got it back. We definitely recommend them to anyone.

Scott has worked on a couple of my vehicles. One included deer damage. Highly recommend Scott and his staff. Work was performed in a timely manner and no problem with the workmanship and quality of service rendered. Scott takes pride in his work and how he conducts his business.
