Scotty and Chad are some of the most honest and genuinely helpful people in a sales and service business. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful I can’t count how many times they have helped me out with a new product or soap or fixed an issue and gotten me out of a jam. One of the best experiences I've received in such a long time. I recently got into the Hood Cleaning business. I totally screwed up my pressure washer from user error. Not only did Scottie diagnose the problem, he fixed it, cleaned it out and then did this all as I think he saw the stress that I had and said to catch him on my next purchase. Scott and the guys at hotsy of spokane came to our rescue and rebuilt our commercial carwash pumps after the competition failed and left us down two pumps. We are so appreciative that they were able to get us parts and service needed for these expensive pumps. The guys went above and beyond with customer service and timely turnaround.
