I was surprised to come and leave my review and see anything under five stars. I believe there was a leadership transition so perhaps there was a window there.... As for myself, I am a painting and drywall contractor and get asked for an electrician referral often. I always refer this team. They have saved so many of my clients money by identifying what does NOT need to be done as well as what DOES. They are well versed on all the regulations and code in pretty much all municipalities. Its rare to find quality and service like this and not be the high end on pricing either. Highly recommend at minimum using them for a second opinion.

Their technician was late and so my boyfriend had to leave for work before he was completed. The tech was warned that I have two cats and to make sure that he was cautious that they didn’t escape when locking up. I got home to one of my cats missing because he was not cautious and let him escape. I know no one was there to supervise but as a service tech that goes into multiple houses per day, you’d think that they would be more observant to that kind of thing. *The star rating has nothing to do with the actual service provided and just the experience I had with my cat being let outside.*

We used this company after needing some minor electrical work mandated by a home sale inspection. My wife told me she was impressed by the professionalism of the tech that came to our house (on time, clean, competent, friendly). I had a solid experience with their call takers and managers. Would use again.

Tldr: did not complete work and unresponsive to calls. Work that they did complete seems to be holding up. My partner and I were recommended hotwire by our real estate agent when we were buying a house. We asked for hotwire to do a total of 2 hours of work (I am not exaggerating, when they did show up they only stayed for 2 hours) which were required to acquire occupancy and, therefore, needed to be done in 3 weeks. They assured us they could do it on time. 2 weeks later we had called multiple times, received half answers and been told our electrician was busy doing other last minute jobs (even though he knew ours was time sensitive). Omg. I cannot rave about a company more than them! Truly sad we’re moving out of state and they will no longer be our go to electrician! Darryl is super respectful and responsive. The whole team is super sweet and quick with replies! They have the best prices and they know their stuff! Go with these guys!
