Public Disservice Announcement Nice guy but not dependable, you agree on an appointment, then you get a text telling you two hour, then one saying tomorrow. Then nothing, then you get a text telling you about his broken phone, and promising tomorrow. Lastly, complete blow off, which if that was the case initially, I would have saved three days waiting for him to fix the issue that he was paid for.
