Houchin Electric Co

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Houchin today. From Misty scheduling the house call, to Logan and Josh showing up earlier than expected, to diagnose and fix a small problem without trying to upsell, or make a small problem seem bigger. Really appreciate these guys, and will use their services in the future.

Logan came out to repair an outdoor plug and a couple of light fixtures in our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable with questions and concerns I had, considering we live in an older model home that has some dated electrical appliances. Service was swift and convenient and I applaud his service.

Words can't describe how excitedly happy I am to have houchin working on my house. Now granted I've only called them out twice but twice I've gotten the same guy Logan and twice I have gotten Superior work.My air conditioner was not working. The bottom line was I needed new fuses put in it, the air conditioning company that I had called to fix my air conditioner that they would need to get their electrician out here to look at it. I had told them I could call my electricians at houchin but this air conditioner company said they had their own team of electricians and it would be no problem for them. Well when the electrician came he tried the old scare tactic on me, I know I have old boxes and things like that and I need my breaker box updated I know that also but I also know that everythin

I was referred to Houchin for lighting for the office I manage. When I say I am beyond happy it is an understatement. The difference it has already made. Also, Logan and Josh were the absolute best to spend the day chatting with while they were here. They were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves completely!!! Mark, you got a stellar duo there for sure!

Several great experiences with the team at Houchin. Most recently Mark and Logan were able to come in on short notice and identify an issue that was keeping an HVAC unit from running in our hotel's kitchen. They also were able to give further direction on corrective action outside of their scope. Mark and his team have also installed dedicated circuits for us, installed kitchen lighting and corrected electrical issues as they come up. Each time professional, accommodating of the schedule of business, thorough and the work has been correct and held up.
