Trevor Houck arrived at our home exactly when he was scheduled. He was wearing the company's logo on his shirt and was very personable and he took his time and explained what our second quarterly treatment would consist of. He treated the areas outside our home and then went in the cellar to check for any evidence of common household insects. He answered any questions we had and even took his shoes off when he entered our home. Houck Pest Control has reasonable charges and we were advised if something came up that needed attention..we were to call and they'd immediately come out to help with bees, mice, etc. We are impressed with the Company and if Trevor is an example of their technicians....he gets 5 stars for his professionalism.

We called Dave Houck to help us with a potential pest problem. He was recommended to us from one of our friends. He was able to come out the next day. I appreciated the time that he took to talk with me on the phone and to go through our home and inspect areas for any pests. We needed him to come back and inspect one area that was not easily available when he was initially at our home, and he came within an hour of my call. He is very professional and helpful, his prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him.
