House 2 Home Inspection

Bobby came highly recommended from my wife's colleagues at work, and he very patiently and thoroughly walked us through every detail of our home that we had under contract. He gave us extremely helpful notes in his report about what we should keep an eye on and a clear description of what would make our home as safe as possible. We would happily recommend him to others in the region.

Had two inspections by this person—the house we were selling and the one we were purchasing. Because the house we were purchasing was a very large and expensive house many major things were overlooked and not checked and left out of the report however since the home we were selling was a smaller home and very simple it was nitpicked and he even advised the potential purchaser of things out of his realm. Unfortunately I Would not recommend to anyone since he cannot do a thorough unbiased job every time.

Great inspectors. They are honest, prompt and thorough. Highly recommend and will use again.
