House of Carpets exceeded all expectations! Adam and his team went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Since I was out of the country, Adam personally helped with color selection, provided clear and consistent communication, and even went to my residence to color match with samples. Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process completely worry-free. The installation was completed ahead of schedule, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend House of Carpets without hesitation!

First of all, Rich has the patience of a saint! It took me so many samples before I was able to decide on "just the right one". Once I decided, the installation was withing two weeks and it was perfect. Every morning when I get up and step on my beautiful carpet, I am so happy with the way it looks and feels. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, Rich gave me a better price than anyone else!

We recently had carpet in three bedrooms replaced, from start to finish the process was very professional. Rich, the office manager, was very knowledgeable about their products and lined us up with a great product. The installation was very good; they have terrific installers. Owners, Linn and Adam, are a very nice couple and obviously run a great business. We highly recommend using their business for all your flooring needs!

I have used House of Carpets for my floors four times over the years. The prices are fair and the installers are excellent. They are efficient and always very neat. Adam is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I recommend them above anyone else.

House of Carpets is by far the best flooring company we have ever dealt with. Adam and his team were very helpful in selecting the perfect floor for our house and I felt like there product was a much better quality than what others had to offer. They were quick with getting us on their schedule. The installers always showed up on time and cleaned up perfectly after leaving. My job was completed in the time they estimated to me. I can not say enough great things about this business. It would be a mistake to consider any other flooring company in town!
