The carpet that was installed looks pretty good but the installers scratched up our newly painted walls in several places and broke several things in the house. Initially they said like they would make things right but quit responding to me after I sent pictures of the damage. Will definitely use someone else to replace the tile floors in our house.

Scheduled 3 weeks ago, took the entire day off work, emptied my entire house into my garage. Called to confirm the previous business day that we were good to go for full home lvp install. Was given a window of 8-12 for arrival, received a call at 9:30am with “truck broke down, can we reschedule?” No, not acceptable.

Horrible communication, called and left voice mail three times before Vicente finally returned my call. He did show up when scheduled for the quote, but he was very rude to my wife,he chose to enter the house through the back door didn't even try going to the front door. When my wife explained what room we were working in he measured three other rooms to include in the quote. He quoted for carpet when I asked for vinyl plank. Then when I emailed him pointing out this mistake, her proceeded to claim I had a bad attitude and said my wife didn't have a clue what we wanted done. Well I have it on video of my wife showing him where to measure and he did what he wanted anyway. I do not recommend doing business with people like this.
