I use this company almost every day for carpet and vinyl replacement, and I truly love the prices they give me. Their pricing is very fair and competitive, which is why I continue working with them. However, this is the second time I’ve had an emergency situation and they were not able to help me. That part is disappointing, especially when emergencies are important in this line of work. My other carpet and vinyl company — even though I don’t use them all the time — is there for me 99% of the time when I need urgent help and they always send someone quickly. I really appreciate the good pricing, but reliability during emergencies is very important to me. I hope they can improve in that area.

Could not recommend enough! I have used HOF since 2018! I am a community manager and we use them for all our flooring needs for the apartments. The customer service is superb, the work it self speaks volumes, high quality! I love the installers, great people!
