I use Robert at House to House plumbing for All my plumbing needs. Robert was able to find an issue with half busted vent pipe that 3 other plumbers missed. Robert also fixed a brand new toilet that had issues flushing and wax ring was jacked up. Thanks for being so professional & knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Had a sewer blockage during a cold snap (10 degrees); without full function for three days. Called around eight plumbers and Robert was the only one willing or able to come out. Solved the problem in minutes, but spent an additonal 30 minutes cleaning the entire line to ensure there were no other problems (no extra charges). Price was comparable, even a few dollars lower than when we had it done by another plumber two years ago in warm weather. Robert, his wife and son were all very friendly, extremely helpful and totally professional. Will gladly recommend and definitely use again! Thanks!

Called on a Monday said would maybe be able to come later that afternoon. Never called me back. Called on tuesday was told had no idea what time he would be able to come, so I told them I would call back because I had appointments that day. I called at 3.00 on same say to see if they could come on Wed. Never received a call, so I called around noon on Wed. Was told since they had to travel 15 miles from town and with out even looking at the outside faucet that it would be 375.00 dollars. Which is a outside faucet the had plumbed a year and a half ago. No one in the office ever apologized for not returning my call on Monday just said there were a couple of girls in the office and could of been one of them. I never requested same day service I was just asking for their soonest appointment. H

They charged my sister $350 To fix her simple plumbing problem and did not fix it and then when she called and told them it didn’t work the very unprofessional lady that answered the phone said she would send someone back out but... for another big hefty charge bc they don’t guarantee their work! So she called Roto-Rooter and they came out and fixed it quickly and they do have a hassle free guarantee. Don’t use this business! Being Unprofessional? This business will definitely guarantee that!

The people that work for this company are very professional and knowledgeable. They cleared our plumbing problem quickly and explained what they did and why. I was happy with the cost for their service and their quick response. i highly recommend them.
