My father in law, Donald Seibert, reached out to Dan Houseal in regard to his snow removal services during the recent snow storm. Their snow removal services were prompt, professional, and beyond reproach. I highly recommend Dan and the Houseal plumbing team for any services you may be in need of. They are the best!

I had this company come out to replace our Sump pump. The price was fine and they did the job however we asked them to take a look at our shower as the water pressure was extremely low and hard to control the temperature. They informed me they would need to order a shower cartridge and call me the following Monday to set up an appointment to have it changed. No call came Monday, I called them the next day to see if they had an update and they said the service manager would call me later that day, no call came Tuesday. I called again Thursday and was told again a service manager would call me later that day to set up an appointment, no call came Thursday. Dan Houseal is a very shady and unprofessional guy. He had done two jobs for our management company and he was the most unprofessional vendor I’ve ever worked with in my 10 years of management. Extremely unprofessional lied about things and tried charging more than what was on the quote. There are far better options out there. Be very leery of this company

Big shout out to these guys! You were all not only sympathetic to my situation, you did not make me feel like a big dummy for knowing nothing about my leak or about water heaters in general lol. You're pros gave me sound advice and found the date in mine was under warranty, saving me money that i don't have to begin with. I hope you all like baked goods because as soon as possible I'm baking up a storm and I'll be delivering some goodies for the guys to take in the morning. We had an emergency lastnight and called houseal plumbing ..they came out and found that the sewer pipe was broken outside under the sidewalk..they came back this morning and fixed the problem..the guys did an amazing job. Both last night and today. I highly recommend them. THANK YOU..
