Housemasters did a wonderful and very thorough job inspecting our future home. We had John perform our inspection and he walked us through the entire thing, explained it all in detail, all while making recommendations for the future. We ended up having to get a second termite inspection since our first one expired and we needed it for our VA loan. It was very last minute, but Matt Kaplan came through and got everything in when we needed it. He always responded to phone calls right away and even worked after hours to get our paperwork in. Matt Kaplan was able set up a last minute home inspection. The seller accepted my offer at night and I needed to get it inspected ASAP due to a scheduled vacation. I called around 9:45PM and was able to get an inspector out the next day, with the report provided within a couple of hours after inspection! Very professional and timely. The inspector Najib Farooqi was extremely thorough and explained everything to me as he was inspecting the house. Ultimately we didn't go through with the deal thanks to their last minute scheduling which saved us a lot of headaches down the road. I will be using them again as I continue to house hunt!
