We selected Housing Solutions Inc. to do our home renovation project and we are very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and integrity of all the employees we engaged, from the design team to the construction team to the management team. The construction project was expected to take 6 months and they completed it a few weeks ahead of time. As with any major renovation, there are challenges and Housing Solutions worked with us to explore all options when we encountered something unexpected. Their primary focus is the satisfaction of the client. If you are looking for a company you can trust to do the job right, Housing Solutions Inc is it! I highly recommend them.

Ryan and his team of technicians and designers absolutely killed it on the full gut and remodel of our 1957 home. They did a great job designing and bringing to life the exact look we were going for. We had pretty bad structural damage from moisture and time. The team got the house back to its former glory and gave us peace of mind. The attention to detail from start to finish is what will be bringing our family back to housing solutions for any and all future projects. The team at Housing Solutions was wonderful. Living through a kitchen remodel is never easy but they made it a smooth as possible. We could not be happier with the results. We had a complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, floors, counter and back splash. We also had the floors refinished and other rooms adjacent to the kitchen painted. Everyone that worked on the kitchen was professional and friendly and even made friends with our dogs! Slade even made a suggestion for changing out our can lights that we ended up absolutely loving. We would 100% recommend them!

Ryan and the Housing Solutions team helped us renovate our third floor attic space, replace a deck, and repair some plumbing. They were courteous, professional and very helpful. The quality of their work is great and their price was very reasonable in comparison to other local builders. I will definitely use them again.

My husband and I recently converted a laundry room into what we call a "spa" because we added a soaking tub and stacked the washer/dryer in a closet. Ryan and his team took on this project with great enthusiasm and made many very helpful suggestions as to how we could maximize space in what is a small footprint. Ryan's staff and all of the sub-contractors were total pros and pleasant to work with. They were fast, accurate, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The most striking thing about this project was the seamless communication between us (the client) and Ryan and his workers. The coordination of what needed to happen, and in what order, was handled beautifully. The entire job was done on time and on budget. We would highly recommend them for any home projects you may have. two
