Houston Air has bern servicing my home for several years. Everyone with their team is professional. George quickly diagnose the issue and presented options for repair and full replacement. Went with the full replacement and duct upgrade option after obtaining two competitive quotes. Houston Air was the lowest.,,,, Had a post install concern. They responded immediately, arrived within 20 minutes, and had the issue resolved in minutes. That’s what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Our air conditioning unit stopped working overnight in late June. I expected to have to wait overnight to even get an assessment. I called at 7:30 and they were on site at 9:30. Condenser unit needed replacement but they had it all running by 12:30. Nice clean job, fast service fair price.

I would highly recommend this company. George and his son were very professional. It's never fun when your AC go out in the summer in Houston. George was up front about the cost. Explained what was needed and why. Provided the best options and allowed us to make the decision with no pressure. A day after the install he called to make sure the new unit was working properly.
