Contacted this company for the repair of our Asko dishwasher and they scheduled someone to be onsite the next day. The technician that arrived was a subcontractor and not an employee of Houston Asko Repair. He was inexperienced and highly unprofessional. After several calls to the original service company to seek help it was determined that due to the circumstances of the repair and the lack of assistance from the original service company that it was necessary to have the technician leave our home. The technician was vulgar and disrespectful to me and my wife and wanted payment for a job that he was unable to complete. I requested the original service company engage with the technician; however they declined. It required us to call the local police to remove this person from our home
