Houston Carpet Service

I couldn't be happier with Houston Carpet Service. They did a wonderful job installing my carpet. Their installation tech was in and out in no time and the new carpet looked great! I noticed one of the other reviews and the guy said he noticed a screw in his daughters room, called Houston Carpet Service, and then his daughter stepped on it. He gave a 1 star review. Maybe he should've picked up the screw before calling the company? Screws aren't used in the installation of carpet, so I don't know why he would be mad at them.

Horrible service! I call then 2 days ago, because my daughter pointed out that screw was on her room.. i called then and let then know and they gave me appointment for 5 days after! Today my daughter step on it and was bleeding. I call then frustrated and they pass me with the “owner” he didn’t care that my daughter got her by they not doing their job correctly, because they didn’t clean it correctly before putting the carpet. They don’t care.. horrible service! Later the owner want to give me attitude and act their being useless amthat my daughter don’t matter! Don’t do service with this people

When it comes to installation of carpet, wood, tile, LVP, back splashes and even fireplace stone BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!

Used them for carpet and flooring. Referred them to many people always happy and they do a great job..
