Houston Garage Door Repair

I was originally interested in this company due to the positive reviews but please do not trust the other reviews. I was needing one cable fixed and had a tech come out to come take a look at it. The tech cut both of the cables and said I needed a completely new garage door because it wasn’t fixable. I was also told a hook would be installed for a charge of $25 and only a rope was placed. I tried calling the front desk about this issue the next day and no calls were going through. I was able to get a hold of them through another number and voiced my frustration. I was told a manager would be getting back to me. No one ever called. Instead, the previous tech keeps texting my cell. There are so many garage repairmen in Houston. I urge you to please avoid this company at all cost.

These people are very fast and prompt. I called on New Year’s Day. They had somebody out in my house in a couple of hours. They really came through in a time where I thought I had to wait many days to be able to repair my garage. Highly recommend!
