Our Community gate unit belt snapped and the motor was left running for what I assume was hours, possibly overnight. I called a repairman referred by a friend and two others, who all told me that the motherboard needed to be replaced and likely the motor ($$$$). Edward came out, did a thorough inspection, tested the unit--as well as every box, loop, sensor--associated with it, cleaned it up, put on a new belt, and performed maintence...voila, it was fixed!!! Right off the bat, you can tell he works with integrity and has significant experience/knowledge, after being in the business for 20+ years. The reviews are legit. Eduardo did a great job upgrading our gate system from BFT to LiftMaster. He was very responsive to my many questions along the way, regardless of the time of day. He did a very professional job with the installation just two days before Christmas, as he knew our old gate wasn't functional. Thanks so much for the help!
