About 10 years ago, after having a lot of trouble with my last HVAC company, I found Houston. Quick Response, Friendly, and Great Service. Usually come out the same day I call or the next morning. They are willing to come out as many times as necessary to do the job right. Most of the time they get it right, but a couple times their replacement part was bad and failed in a week or so. When that happened, they quickly came out on their own dime and fixed the problem. As long as they keep up their current level of service, I won't even try anyone else.

In short---I've received excellent and quick service from Houston Heating and Air, with an eye toward saving me money. I first met Mike and Mitchell Houston when my workplace hired them to handle our old buildings' heating and air conditioning needs. In 2020, when I bought my current house, I knew from the workplace experience that the Houstons would be my first choice for HVAC work, and they have been absolutely fantastic. I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service I received regarding my air conditioning unit, which had been performing poorly during my stay here. Mr. Mike Houston, in his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, assured me that he would promptly identify the issue and restore the functionality of my air conditioning system today. However, upon diagnosis, it became evident that a complete replacement of the unit was necessary due to a faulty compressor. I am now delighted to report that I am experiencing the utmost comfort with the installation of a brand new central air unit. I will surely recommend this company!

I called Houston Heating & Air following an estimate and incorrect evaluation from another company. They were at my home within 3 hours of the call and had the problem correctly diagnosed. He even came back later in the day to insure his assessment was correct before quoting me a repair price. The next day, they were onsite and had the repairs completed. I cannot say enough good things about working with them. Their knowledge, quality work and customer service is the best in the area!
